Upswing

Upswing is about the search for hope and healing process of a traumatized person after the earthquake. The story describes the 5 stages of grief (denial, anger, bargaining, depression, acceptance). It is intended for the player to identify with the character and experience the mourning process. While traumas can occur for many reasons, the search for hope and the healing process are the focus of the play. The story of the game is supported by the mechanics and elements of the game.
